How It Works

Getting started with Peak Years is straightforward. We begin by understanding what matters to you, gather the information needed to make thoughtful decisions, and build a plan around your individual health and goals.

1. Tell Us About Yourself

Complete a brief health questionnaire and tell us what you would like to improve. This gives us important background before your evaluation and helps us focus the visit on the issues that matter most to you.

2. Meet With Your Provider

Your initial evaluation is a comprehensive telehealth visit. We review your symptoms, medical history, medications, lifestyle, goals, previous treatment, and other factors that may be relevant to your health.

3. Get the Right Data

Laboratory testing may be recommended based on your history, symptoms, and goals. Rather than ordering the same panel for everyone, testing is selected when it is clinically useful for understanding your health and guiding treatment.

4. Receive Your Personalized Plan

Once the appropriate information is available, we develop recommendations based on your history, goals, relevant examination findings when applicable, and laboratory results. Your plan may include lifestyle strategies, medication, additional testing, or referral when appropriate.

5. Optimize Over Time

Health changes, and your care should be able to change with it. Follow-up visits, laboratory monitoring, and treatment adjustments are based on your individual needs, response to treatment, and evolving goals.

Care Designed Around You

Peak Years is not a one-size-fits-all program. Some patients may need focused treatment for a specific concern, while others may want a broader approach to long-term health, performance, and prevention. The goal is to provide the level of care that makes sense for you.
